I asked Alan Johnson of Teknicare to take a look at my computer which was taking 45 minutes to turn on. He came along immediately and because there were several different problems he made three visits within a few days. I am absolutely dependent on my computer and this week had to deliver a new course. If it hadn’t been for Alan I would have had to let down a very needy group of people.
Alan is extremely knowledgeable about computers and I would highly recommend using his services as he really does ‘keep IT simple’.
