At this morning’s meeting Alex Mogg of Bespoke HR, Membership Co-ordinator, explained exactly how we are going to increase our membership from 16 to 32!We have divided the chapter into two teams: each week team 1 and team 2 will be inviting a specific category to a series of visitor days. The first one will be on 6 May 2010. Team 1 will be inviting builders and team 2 will be inviting printers.
In addition, Pat Wakefield of Promising Winners, Chapter Director, has created a system to ensure that ALL members of the chapter receive referrals. This week team 1 will be finding referrals for Alex Mogg and team 2 will be finding referrals for Rey Sarmiento of the Utility Warehouse.
An innovative new buddy scheme was introduced by Vanita Patel of Advance Promotions to support members of the chapter in their quest to secure both visitors and referrals.
Mark Thaw of Thaw Out Heating and Plumbing delivered an interesting and informative 10 minute presentation and showed us on a PowerPoint presentation how he designed and installed a complex heating system, including 18 antique radiators in a large house.
