For the last few weeks of the BNI Game at the Sutton Chapter of the BNI, we are going to focus on the ’60 Second’ part of the member’s 60 second presentations each week. The point is to smartly and concisely give your extended sales team information that will allow them to sell your business as they go about their own, not to spend more than a minute rambling on in a confused manner with no obvious direction or point. Is that really going to help sell your busines to an extended network?
Four members of the chapter had obvious spent some time thinking about what they were doing, and practising presenting their sales message. Smooth, confident and aware, they gained 5 points each for their efforts:
- Alex Mogg of Bespoke HR
- Stuart Allen of Commercial Insurance Services
- Alan Johnson of Teknicare IT Services
- Chris Groom of CalverGroom Financial Management
Another few members managed to put their message across in under 60 seconds, which, purposely carried out, is also a good thing. Why say more when you have said enough?
If you thought that last week the scores were low, this week shows that it could get worse! Team 3 still won the team award this week, but with only 50% of the score they had last week, whilst also being the only team NOT to score negative points.
This week’s score sheet is here for checking
