11th of February Bonus Round

Keiran declared the bonus round for next week, a variation and extension of the previous bonus, based around the 60 seconds presentation. Each member has been allocated a member who they must represent in a new 60 seconds presentation, the list is below.

The thinking behind this is that most of the time members do not get feedback on how their existing presentation comes across and whether people actually listen to what they are saying each week.

Presenting someone else 60 seconds allow that person to hear a presentation about their own company, and the person giving it the ability to find out more about that company.

Added to the above Keiran stated that the word ‘Antithesis’ must appear at least ONCE in the presentation. The definition is: Antithesis [an·tith·e·sis] n.pl. 1. Direct contrast; opposition.  2. The direct or exact opposite: “Hope is the antithesis of despair.”

The vote will be a ‘popular’ vote on whom one person thinks is the best presentation, with the person gaining the most votes declared the winner and earning 10 points. For the mention of the word Antithesis a point will be gained. There will be points given for being clever, interesting, or wierd!

If you are having to supply a sub for next week, you can still gain a point by putting the word in the speech that you supply them. If they also place the word in THEIR presentation you can gain another point, if they are early, you will also gain your ‘early point’, as Chris received last week for Roger Nelson being present well before 6:30.

  • Stuart Allen will be presenting Chris Groom

I am to a great extent impressed with the article I have just read. I wish the author of http://www.bnisutton.co.uk can continue to provide so much productive information and unforgettable experience to http://www.bnisutton.co.uk readers. There is not much to tell except the following universal truth: Everyone had an uncle who tried to steal their nose. I will be back.
