We were very pleased to welcome two visitors to this morning’s meeting. One of them was an Accountant and although this category is already represented, it helped to reiterate the importance and value of having visitors.
A lively meeting ensued and we were then entertained by Alex Mogg of Bespoke HR presenting his education slot about the importance of thank you cards and testimonials. A short skit demonstrated how upsetting it can be when people are not thanked.
Today, the 10 minute presentation was replaced by a short brainstorming activity by the two teams who are collaborating effectively to find visitors and referrals. Both teams are now well placed to bring builders and printers to our first visitors’ day on 6 May.
